Porto Luenzo is pleased to offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all domestic orders over $150.
For orders under $150, shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please refer to the available shipping options during checkout for estimated delivery times and pricing.

We are committed to processing and shipping your order as promptly as possible.

Please note:

• Deliveries do not occur on Sundays or national holidays.
• UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses. If you require shipment to a military address, please contact us directly.
• In-stock items typically ship within 2–3 business days, Monday through Friday.
• Orders shipping to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and Puerto Rico (PR) are subject to expedited UPS rates.

Porto Luenzo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Return & Exchange Policy at any time and at our sole discretion, without prior notice.
All changes will become effective upon being posted on our website.

We also reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above or for any reason we deem appropriate.
