60-Day Quality Commitment
At Porto Luenzo, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and care behind every product. We want you to love your purchase as much as we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your item from Porto Luenzo, you may request a return or exchange within 60 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at orders@portoluenzo.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return Conditions (Non-Manufacturer Error)
- Items must be returned in good clean condition, with all items included.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Returns must be initiated within 60 days from the delivery date as confirmed by the shipping carrier.
- We provide complimentary return shipping with a prepaid return label.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If a discount or promotion was applied to your original purchase, it will be reflected proportionally in your refund or credit, as applicable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10–15 business days of return receipt and inspection.
- Exchanges are processed based on product availability at the time your return is received.
- Products marked as Final Sale, Last Call, Sale, Reduced Price, Clearance, or similarly designated are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless defective.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the items are defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy Updates
Porto Luenzo reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue this Return & Refund Policy at any time and at our sole discretion. All changes will become effective upon being posted on our website.
We also reserve the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined above or for any reason we deem appropriate.
